Gel disasters – and fixes

  • You get any product accidentally in your eyes – rinse, rinse, rinse with water
  • You get wet gel on your skinuse a clean thumb nail to scrape off
  • You cure gel onto skinscuff with a nail file and wash
  • The gel bubbles while curing you have applied it too thick and you may not get proper adhesion; you can add more coats and hope for the best OR remove as start again

  • A nail smudges while curing – the next coat should cover it
  • You spill gel on the work surfaceuse non acetone polish remover to clean up
